In three years they were never in a battle. Alonzo was on a pension and died in an Old Soldier's Home in Mississippi. Amos also told Betty: Floyd Brown and Bob Brown were "3/4 brothers" because Michael Brown's first and second wives were sisters. Betty said that Mike Brown's second family may have moved to Louisiana. Robert L. (Bob) did live in Louisiana.
