Garsinde var grevinne av Narbonne. I 969 styrer hun også Narbonne og Gothien. Hun ble oppkalt etter sin mormor, Garsinde, og anses utvilsomt å være datter til Odo av Narbonne som var gift med hennes mor, Richilde. Etter sin manns død styrte hun grevskapet Toulouse for sin sønn, i hvert fall i 972. Omkring 974 setter hun opp sitt testamente og synes å være død samme år.
