She was buried 13 Aug 1955 and buried in grave no. 47, block 3, sec. 10 with a granite mrker on her grave. Her son, Frank Dagly of Box 18, Monroe Road, Port Angeles was the sponsor;
The handwriting on the left is Linda Lee Dipert's. It is unknown where the original is or when it was obtained.

. Gidget at the Circuit Court in White Co. looked for the actual petitions but they are either lost or misfiled. What we do know was she was legally divorced in White Co. in 1899. She was the defendant.

10 "D. R. Dipert Rites Today," (Chickasha) Chickasha Daily Express, 2 Jun 1952;
Funeral services for Daniel R. Dipert, 86, were to be at 2:30 pm today in the chapel of Chickasha Funeral Home, Rev. William E. Wright, pastor of First Christian Church, officiating.
He died at 3:50 am Sunday in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ernest Rose, 1221 South Seventh. Mr. Dipert came to Chickasha in 1900 from Indiana.
He lived here for 16 years before leaving for Mangum. He returned here in 1940.
He was a car inspector for Rock Island Railroad for 29 years. Mr. Dipert was a member of the Methodist Church. He had been in failing health for the last three years.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Jack Carloff of Tulsa, and Mrs.
Rose; two sons, Daniel R. Jr., of Damascus, Ark., and H. M. of Hobart; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Burial was to be in Rose Hill Cemetery under direction of Chickasha Funeral Home.
