" Born 1826, Tenn.; moved to northern Miss. with parents in 1837; m. [1] Elizabeth------ abt 1846; m. [2] Eday ------ abt 1865. Moved to Marion Co., Ark., from Miss. late 1850; to Ozark Co., Mo., abt 1863. Occupation: farmer, miller; at one time owned and operated water mill at Theodosia, Mo. Last record, 1884 tax list for Ozark Co., but believed to have been living in Ozark Co., but believed to have been living in Ozark region as late as 1900; possibly migrated later to Texas. Date and palce of death unknown. (Old Uncle Will of family legend)."
